Our little story

Seafront Apartments is a 18-room complex run by the local Pandis family. Just by the name itself you can comprehend that is only a stone throw from the sea. It is convenient located at the beginning of Kavos, only 2 minutes walking from the non-stop action resort centre, lying within beautiful olive trees, quiet and with an amazing view of the Ionian Sea.

Accessory you can relax and have a drink in the bar right next to the sea or have a thrilling turn on our powerful Jet Skis; otherwise simply enjoy a unique ride in the beautiful ionian sea with your family or friends on one of our speed boats.

Kavos

A few things to know

“OVERVIEW”

Kavos is a village in the region of Lefkimi, 43 Km south of Corfu town, where tourism has been developed during the last twenty years. Today it constitutes one of the most popular destinations for young people, between 18 and 30, since it offers sea, sun and amazing nightlife. In the past, most visitors of Kavos came from the U.K. but today attracts visitors from all over Europe.

“SHOPPING”

Kavos is not famous for its market; still, you can find shops with brand clothes, sportswear and equipment, souvenirs, traditional art, jewels. There are photographers, hairdressers, tourist agents, car and motorbike rentals, liquor stores, super markets, groceries, cafes, internet cafes and whatever you might need.

“FOOD”

You will find all types of restaurants: Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, English, Fish taverns, Barbecue, Fast Food, etc. Do not miss the traditional local recipes of Corfu: Pastitsada, Sofrito and Bourdeto. Since night in Kavos holds until the morning a lot of places stay open for a fast meal.

“NIGHTLIFE”

There is not much to say; Kavos has it all. The party begins early in the afternoon and lasts up to sunrise or even later in the morning. And it is something that very probably you have never seen before. There are lots of bars, all crowed. The streets are full with people dancing and the music is heard throughout the entire region! As night progresses everyone moves to the clubs, where famous DJs keep the party alive until the morning light. And then, everyone moves again to the “after-clubs”! For those who don’t want to follow this frantic rhythm and prefer something more romantic and relaxed, there are beach bars with chill out music, where they can enjoy their drink up to sunrise.

“BEACHES”

The area of Lefkimi has many beaches for all tastes. You will find beaches with sand or pebbles, shallow or deep waters, relaxing scenery or the wild beauty of open sea beaches. As a general rule we can say that beaches facing the mainland of Greece have calm, warm and shallow waters with golden sand, whereas beaches facing the open sea (Ionian and Adriatic Sea) are wilder, with deep waters, combining pebbles and sand.
In Lefkimi, you will find the following organized beaches: Bouka (Potami), Molos (Alikes), Agios Petros, Kavos, Agios Gordis (Paleohori) and Gardeno (Vitalades).
Those of you who prefer isolated beaches they will find a lot: Panagia tou Zeli, Kira (Agii Theodori), Itia and Agios Nikolas (Melikia), Arkoudilla (Asprokavos), Mikro Nisi (Spartera) and Kanoula (Dragotina). Those are the beaches that have easy access. There are many more that are harder to reach (usually only on foot), which you need to discover.

Useful Information

How can we book a property?

You can book using our on-line system, by following the link below and filling in the required fields. We will send you a reply within 24 hours or give you a call to answer any possible questions you might have. We then wait for your email with a confirmation and you can pay a part of the rental. Once we receive the required deposit, the apartment is automatically booked for you.

How much do we pay upon booking a property?

You pay 30% of the rental for booking to reserve any property in advance. If the date of arrival is less than 7 days, the entire rental amount will be required.

What payment options are available?

You can pay for our services by the following options:

How do we know when a property has officially been booked for us?

A property has been booked the moment the agreed down payment has been received. The moment we confirm receipt, we write you an email to confirm.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The official time for entry to your accommodation is 2pm. If you arrive before 2pm, it may be possible to use the outside facilities. You will not be able to gain access to the accommodation until it has been cleaned. Check-out time is of 12:00am.

Can we vacate the accommodation later than the confirmed time of 12am?

This is possible and a small fee shall be charged.

Are transfers provided?

Transfers are not included in the cost of our holidays. However we can provide this service at an additional cost. Transfers are either by taxi or minibus. Transfers should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking has been confirmed and is as follows:

» 1 week or less before check in date, the total amount of your reservation deposit shall be charged.
» 2 to 3 weeks before chek in date, 50% of your reservation deposit shall be charged.
» 3 weeks or more before chek in date, no charges shall apply and your reservation deposit shall be refunded.
